The shells are sturdy enough to hold the sauce without turning into mush, which is rare for chickpea pasta. The cheese sauce is genuinely creamy and coats every little boat perfectly. I’ve already ordered another box.
I was skeptical about chickpea pasta, but these shells are sturdy enough to scoop up every bit of that creamy sauce without falling apart. The little curved shapes really do trap the cheese in a way I didn’t expect, and the texture is surprisingly close to the real thing. Definitely my new go-to for
The chickpea shells actually hold the cheese sauce perfectly without turning to mush, which is rare for pasta that's this hearty. I ate the whole box in one sitting and the rich, creamy coating made every single shell feel like a little treat.
