The brown rice pasta held up perfectly in the microwave—no mush, just a solid al dente bite that actually feels like real mac and cheese. The cheddar flavor is rich enough that I didn’t miss the gluten at all, and it’s my new go-to for a quick lunch that doesn’t taste like a compromise.
The cheese sauce stayed creamy all the way through, and the brown rice elbows actually held their chew without turning mushy in the microwave. I added a sprinkle of black pepper and it was a solid lunch that didn’t taste like a compromise.
The texture is honestly spot-on for brown rice pasta — those elbows hold the creamy cheddar sauce perfectly and stay al dente even after microwaving. I've tried other gluten-free macs that turn to mush, but this one actually tastes like the real thing.
