The shells stayed perfectly al dente after boiling, which is rare for gluten-free pasta, and the cheddar sauce was genuinely creamy without any chalky aftertaste. Even my picky kid asked for seconds, so this is going into our regular rotation.
Finally a gluten free mac that actually tastes like mac and cheese, not cardboard. The brown rice pasta holds its shape and stays perfectly al dente even after reheating, and the cheddar sauce is so creamy I almost forgot it's vegan.
