The creamy white sauce really holds up against that five-cheese blend, and the spinach adds just enough freshness to balance the richness. I do wish the chickpeas were a bit more evenly distributed though, a few slices had almost all of them. Still, it's a solid white pizza that feels a little more

The chickpea topping is such a fun twist, and the five-cheese blend really does melt into that creamy white sauce nicely. I just wish the crust had a bit more crispness to it straight out of the oven.
