I’m picky about pasta texture and this holds up perfectly—the rotini shape grabs sauce nicely and you’d never guess it’s got chickpeas in there. Cooked al dente in about 9 minutes and my kids didn’t even notice the swap.

Mixing wheat and chickpeas was a smart move—you get that familiar chewy rotini bite but with a noticeable protein boost that keeps me full past lunch. Cooked up al dente in about nine minutes and held its shape nicely in the sauce. I've already grabbed the 6-pack twice, so I guess that says it all.

The texture really holds up after cooking—firm but not chewy in a bad way, and my kids didn’t even notice the chickpea swap. Having a 6-pack on hand means I can toss this into weekday lunches without overthinking it.
