Cooked some up with marinara for dinner tonight, and honestly, the texture held better than regular wheat pasta I've tried—firm but not chewy. My kids didn't notice the chickpea swap at all, which felt like a small win for sneaking in protein.

Boiled up a box for lunch and honestly couldn't tell it wasn't regular pasta until I checked the label—the protein boost is just a bonus when it tastes this familiar. The rotini shape held the sauce perfectly, and dinner was on the table in under ten minutes. Already restocking my pantry.

The blend of wheat and chickpeas gives it that classic rotini texture I crave, but with a protein boost that actually keeps me full past lunch. My kids didn't even notice the swap, which is the highest compliment.
