Vi älskar kikärtor, och vi älskar pizza. Därför har vi kombinerat de två för att skapa en krispig kikärtsskorpa som smakar lika gott som den ser ut. Toppad med en enkel tomatsås och generöst täckt med en blandning av mozzarella, vit cheddar, provolone och parmesan – den här pizzan får dig att smälta snabbare än osten.
The tomato sauce is just the right amount of tangy and doesn't get lost under the toppings, and the crust holds its crispiness even after I reheat a slice in the air fryer. I was skeptical about a chickpea base but honestly it's got a nice nutty flavor that works way better than I expected.
The crispy chickpea crust is the star here—it holds up perfectly under the sauce and cheese without getting soggy. I was skeptical about a chickpea-based pizza, but the texture is genuinely crunchy and the tomato sauce is simple and bright. It's become my go-to frozen (or fresh) pizza night pick.
