The protein boost is noticeable without messing up the texture—it holds its bite like regular wheat pasta. I've been swapping it into my usual weeknight dinners and everyone at the table is fooled, which says a lot.

Cooked a batch for meal prep and the chickpea-wheat blend gives it a heartier bite than regular elbows, plus you get that extra protein without tasting like a protein bar. Boiled up in about nine minutes and held its shape in the fridge all week.

The chickpea and wheat mix gives it a richer taste than plain pasta, and I like that a single serving adds a noticeable protein bump without changing the noodle vibe. It took about 10 minutes to cook, which is a bit longer than my usual brand, but the finished texture was worth the extra few minutes
