Vi elsker kikerter, og vi elsker pizza. Derfor har vi kombinert de to for å lage en sprø kikertbunn som smaker like godt som den ser ut. Toppet med en enkel tomatsaus og fylt til randen med en blanding av mozzarella, hvit cheddar, provolone og parmesan, vil denne pizzaen få deg til å smelte fortere enn osten.
The tomato sauce is just the right amount of tangy and doesn't get lost under the toppings, and the crust holds its crispiness even after I reheat a slice in the air fryer. I was skeptical about a chickpea base but honestly it's got a nice nutty flavor that works way better than I expected.
