I ordered this on a whim and the chickpea topping is such a clever twist—it adds a nutty bite that pairs perfectly with the creamy sauce. The spinach stays fresh even after reheating, which surprised me.
The five-cheese blend is what sold me—each bite hits a different creamy, salty note, and the chickpeas add a hearty texture I didn't expect. The white sauce is rich without being heavy, and the spinach holds its own. I've already ordered a second one.
The spinach is still slightly crisp after baking, which pairs perfectly with that thick chickpea-studded white sauce. The five-cheese blend melts into a gooey, salty layer that makes every bite feel indulgent without being heavy. I've already ordered it twice this week.
