Als de glutenvrije pastaspecialisten hebben we een heerlijke, al dente pasta gemaakt van bruine rijst. Ontwikkeld voor die klassieke pastasmaak en -textuur, maar dan zonder gluten. Deze pasta combineert perfect met eiwitten (zoals bonen!) en levert heerlijke restjes op… als die er tenminste zijn.
It holds its shape in the sauce without turning mushy, which I really appreciate for a gluten-free option. It's not quite as chewy as regular wheat pasta, but honestly close enough for a weeknight dinner with chicken and marinara.
The texture is decent for gluten-free pasta and it holds up well with a chunky sauce, but the flavor is pretty flat on its own. I found the al dente cook time tricky to nail, my first batch turned out a bit mushier than I'd like. Fine for a quick weeknight meal when you need the convenience, though
