小麦プロテインマカロニ＆チーズ エルボー – イエローチェダー（6個入り）

The chickpea-wheat blend gives it a slightly firmer bite than regular elbows, which actually held up better in the leftover bowl I packed for lunch. Sauce turned out genuinely creamy, and the yellow cheddar flavor covers any protein taste completely.

I was skeptical about a protein pasta that actually tastes like the real thing, but this creamy yellow cheddar version is spot on—the wheat and chickpea blend gives it a slightly nutty edge that works perfectly with the sauce. My kids asked for seconds without me saying a word about the protein boos

The texture is way better than I expected for a protein pasta—elbows hold onto the cheese sauce without getting mushy. It's a solid weeknight dinner, though the yellow cheddar flavor is a bit milder than the boxed stuff I grew up on.
