小麦プロテインマカロニ＆チーズ エルボー – イエローチェダー（12個入り）

I’ve been swapping my usual boxed mac for this version with wheat and chickpeas, and honestly the creamy cheddar sauce still feels indulgent while packing in way more protein per bowl. The elbows cook up al dente and don’t turn mushy even when I reheat leftovers the next day.

The elbows held their shape perfectly even after a few extra minutes on the stove, and that creamy yellow cheddar sauce tastes every bit as indulgent as the boxed stuff I grew up on. I didn’t even miss the regular version when I added a spoonful of hot sauce on top.

The chickpea blend is the reason I grabbed these, and honestly the protein boost makes it feel like a smarter lunch without sacrificing the creamy cheddar taste. The elbows cook up soft but keep their shape, which is a win for my picky kid. Already ordered a second 12-pack for the pantry stash.
