My kids can't tell the difference between this and the regular stuff, which is honestly the highest compliment. The white cheddar sauce is properly creamy and coats every shell, and I love that the chickpea-wheat blend adds protein without any weird aftertaste.
This is the first mac and cheese I've tried that actually holds its creaminess after sitting for a few minutes, and the wheat-and-chickpea blend is totally undetectable. I've been packing the leftover shells for lunch and they reheat without getting gluey.
